This project concerns the renovation of a Parisian house and the transformation of the top floor. The house is built on five levels with the facade facing south.

The first part of this project consists of adding a front balcony on the second floor and strengthening the wall structure.

The second part concerns the top floor of the house. Currently, a studio opens onto a large balcony. The goal is to reduce the size of the balcony in order to add an office and a bathroom. The studio will then be transformed into a bedroom.
