Campagne Première Street, 75014, Paris,  France

Located in the city center, this empty space has two openings: one directly on one of the main boulevards of the neighborhood, the other one on a smaller street.

This project involves the design of a sports center with a swimming pool, a climbing wall, a dance hall, a skatepark, a basketball court, a gymnasium as well as a café and offices.

These spaces are organized around a large central courtyard overlooked by green terraces where passers-by can rest after a sports session. The main idea behind this sports center is to offer quality spaces, along with pleasant and bright transition spaces that offer different views on the plot.

The complexity of the project lies in the narrow form of the plot, located between Haussmannian and modern buildings. This is why, it was chosen to erect a main entrance marked by an imposing facade on the North side and terraces gradually rising. This disposition optimizes the influx of sunlight into the sports center.
